My Scholarship Central

My Scholarship Central connects students to financial resources for college. The My Scholarship Central Search Tool helps students in MIssouri, Kansas City, Kansas, and the Metro East counties of St. Louis in Illinois find the scholarship providers that serve their area. Students can also apply to more than 100 scholarships and interest-free loan programs that collect applications through My Scholarship Central.

Greater Kansas City Hispanic Development Fund

To qualify for an HDF Scholarship, students must be of Hispanic/Latino Heritage along with the following requirements.

Great Jobs KC

Great Jobs KC developed a collaboration with 17 colleges and universities – many in the Kansas City region – at which the KC Scholars’ scholarship and match and incentive awards may be used to earn a undergraduate degree

Greater Kansas City Community Foundation

The Greater Kansas City Community Foundation offers over 250 different scholarships for students in and around Kansas City.

CodeWizardsHQ Educational Scholarship

High school seniors and incoming college freshman can apply to receive $2500 to support their education. Priority to STEM applicants.

Blacks at Microsoft (BAM) Scholarship

The BAM Scholarship was created to enable Black and African American students to attend college and pursue a career in technology.  The goal is to empower future generations to do and be more. 

HOLA at Microsoft Scholarships

HOLA is dedicated to supporting the continued growth and development of Hispanic and Latinx employees and encouraging students to pursue a career in technology.

JCBA Law Scholarship

The Judge Lisa White Hardwick Academic Excellence Scholarship Competition is sponsored by the Jackson County Bar Association (JCBA). This is an affiliate competition to the National Bar Association’s DR. MARTIN LUTHER KING, JR. DRUM MAJOR FOR JUSTICE ADVOCACY COMPETITION. The JCBA is a voluntary bar association comprised of primarily African American attorneys from the Kansas City Metropolitan Area. High school juniors and seniors from the Kansas City Metropolitan Area are invited to participate in this exciting and worthwhile event. I hope you will encourage any juniors and or seniors to participate. The deadline for essay submissions is Saturday, March 12, 2022.
